5 /5 Sophie: We visited for the festive afternoon tea and booked the dome, it was highly enjoyable and loved the sweet treats especially the clotted cream and scone. The staff were lovely and really friendly. Would highly recommend booking a dome.

5 /5 Nourhan Fouad: We went for a birthday dinner celebration and had an absolutely magical night! The atmosphere inside the domes was really cool, especially with the rain trickling outside - they provide a heater so the inside of our little compartment was really warm and we could comfortably remove our coats and scarfs. The food was really nice - the canapés and desserts were delicious (definitely suggest the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake), and while the mains were tasty they were slightly underwhelming compared to the rest. The real highlight was honestly the service. Shrena was so lovely and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile and even helped us take pictures throughout the night. Would definitely recommend for a special night out!

The package included a cocktail, offering great value for a delightful daytime treat. The food is best described by the attached pictures: stunning presentation and flavors. 100% worth the visit! 5 /5 Tere Gonzalez-Castillo: Delicious food and great vibes. Came for the 3 course dinner to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. We started with the wings and dumplings, then had the Mee Goreng with prawns and chicken ramen for mains, and finished with the matcha ice cream and crème brûlée. Everything was delicious but our server Shrena is was really made the experience 5 stars. Would highly recommend eating here. Beautiful date night.

1 /5 J Kaur: DO NOT RECOMMEND! I saw this place on TikTok, saw that it was nicely decorated with balloons, rose petals, LED signs etc. I thought this would be nice for a birthday. I called the place up to confirm if this is what I would be expecting if I was to book and he confirmed they could do this for an extra charge of £40 which I agreed too. I then went on to the website to book directly, clicked on the afternoon tea option and added the extra £40 decor option including extra comments where I specified it was for a birthday I wanted the happy birthday sign etc. Even though the decor option had stated it would include the things that I saw on TikTok I called the place again to let them know again that I have booked online but I wanted to make sure you could see the comments as I did not want anything to go wrong and wanted to make sure they knew what I was expecting. The man on the phone agreed that I would have: A few gold balloons, red rose petals, 6 tall candles, a happy birthday LED sign and a complimentary dessert. Upon arrival, when we entered the dome, I walked into 2 pink balloons, a congratulations LED sign, 2 tall candles. I thought for a second this must be the wrong dome. I spoke to the waitress and said this is not what I requested, this is for a birthday. The waitress said in quote ‘oh we don’t have that’ I was fuming at this point, because if you didn’t have the things that I requested for I should have been notified so I could book something else instead. I spoke to another member of staff and showed him what I was expecting he checked the booking and apologised but did not tell me a reason as to why this has happened instead blamed it on another staff who has apparently left now. I told him you guys have falsely advertised on TikTok as well as on your website. At this point I felt that everything was ruined because this was supposed to be a surprise and now I was telling the staff what I was expecting in front of the person I was surprising. Although I was offered a refund of the £40 (decor price) but, I still felt that it wasn’t enough as I had paid the £40 to get the experience I wanted. I am very disappointed by this experience! Moving onto the atmosphere, the domes itself have no ambience, I asked the staff if there was a speaker or something I could connect my phone too however they do not have this option, I had to play some music on my phone. There is no bell to call a waiter when you need something or want a top up of something for the afternoon tea we had to wait for someone to come check on us to order something. The food itself is very mid, I’ve definitely had better afternoon tea. I’m not usually the type of person who writes reviews but I felt that I genuinely had to write one for this place as I am truly unhappy.
