5 /5 Hazel Constantine: I was suprised by the quality of the food, as its a chain restaurant, the crispy chicken, mozzerella sticks, meatballs and mushroom al forno starters were delicious! As were the passionfruit martinis and pistachio gelato. Our server Jess was really friendly and made the atmosphere feel incredibly welcoming and relaxed, in a genuine down to earth way that felt natural. I would definitely visit again soon.

4 /5 Vibhor Sahrawat: Visited Bella Italia in Oxford just for coffee and cake, so I didn’t try the traditional Italian food. The service was good and quick, and the staff were really lovely. I had the sticky toffee pudding and tiramisu cake — both were average, not the best I’ve had, but still enjoyable. Overall, it’s worth giving the place a try, especially for the friendly service and relaxed atmosphere.

Emily Williams We got the vegetarian platter for 2 and this was absolutely delicious and huge portion size too! The staff were so lovely and welcoming. They even had live jazz music on for Valentine’s day. The atmosphere was so lovely. Can’t wait to go back!

Kate Most of the time when my daughter and I came to Westgate, we always had lunch at Pho. This time we came to have our late lunch around 2pm, still lots of people. A staff told me around 15 mins wait, but we didn’t wait that long at all for the table. My daughter ordered her usual Beef Brisket which she enjoyed so much. I ordered Wok Fried rice with chicken and dried shrimp. It’s so tasty and flavourful, loved it. We also ordered Prawn summer rolls, Baby squids and Seafood spring rolls. Full table but we finished them all. Good food and good service. Highly recommend.

Zoe Daniel Brilliant pub - lovely staff and the atmosphere was really welcoming. We had dogs and children and they were so helpful with everything without us having to ask. We had lunch and all loved the food. (the duck chips were really tasty) Would definitely go again!

Amelie Mueller We visited for my boyfriend’s 21st birthday and had a lovely evening. The service was fast, food was amazing and they even gave us a special drink and dessert to celebrate. Thank you to our server Rio for making the whole night so much more special! He was fantastic, attentive and lovely to talk to. Can’t wait to see him in the WWE one day.
