5 /5 Al Downes: I went this cafe bar before midday for a coffee. Lovely decor. Very friendly staff. A large range of coffee and speciality teas. I ordered a macchiato, wonderful taste and texture. Asked for a tea recommendation. I was brought ‘mountain tea’. This was my first try and I must say. This is now one of the top teas on my list. The service was excellent. I was made to feel very welcome. I will definitely visit again. I should highlight that this is a cafe bar not a cafe.

The food was lovely—fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully presented. The staff were friendly and added to the warm atmosphere. Overall, it’s a charming spot that gets both the vibe and the food just right. I’ll definitely be returning.

3 /5 Andy P: Looked closed when we arrived for brunch......dark inside and completely empty. Still we sat down, got out of wet clothes, helped the waitress move the board outside which was blocking the entrance and seated ourselves. And only then did she announce the dont have a chef!!! Not serving food. Maybe they need to update their onsite presence as we had a wasted journey. Strange place...not surprised it was empty at 10am when everywhere else was packed along that parade.

4 /5 Tee Girl: What a sexy cafe I must say. I found it slightly odd that it doesnt have a kitchen, meaning no food whatsoever, not even nibbles. However, the staff informed me the kitchen would open in a few weeks—hooray! So, I just got a beverage. They have a large screen TV, which I imagine would be great to watch the game on. The front of the café features floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors, so the entire space opens out onto the street, which was really nice on such a pleasant, day.

5 /5 Sovereign guard Security: We had a meeting with clients at Grande and was well looked after. Exceptional service and clients sent compliments to the chef for the best lamb chops they have ever tasted.
