1 /5 Vita: Today I visited this restaurant with a friend using The Fork app. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
When we placed our order, we were informed that all the dishes we selected were not included in the discount. However, this was not mentioned anywhere in advance. In addition, we later found out that about half of the menu was unavailable. This was not communicated before we made a booking, nor when we arrived or when we were given the menu.
As a result, we felt misled and decided to leave, especially after the manager responded in an irritated and rude manner.
I would suggest that the restaurant create a separate menu for customers booking through The Fork, clearly indicating which dishes are included in the discount. It would also be beneficial to improve customer service and ensure that guests feel welcomed, respected, and properly informed from the beginning
