5 /5 viktoria dera: Best chicken I have had in a very long time. This beats Nando’s and all grilled places we have eaten by far. Staff are friendly and the service is also kind. The whole chicken was juicy and grilled to perfection. The peri chips are also stunning. 10/10.

5 /5 Amrita Acharya: Hands down, this is one of the best spots for wraps, paninis, rice bowls, chicken everything! I’ve tried the paneer rice and the veg wrap, and both were absolutely delicious. The chips (I think they’re called Korean chips) are unbelievably tasty crispy, full of flavour, and totally addictive. What I love most is how customisable everything is. I’m not a fan of mayonnaise, and they were more than happy to skip it for me. The chicken is perfectly cooked juicy, tender, and it literally melts in your mouth. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and nothing is oily, which makes a huge difference. Sohali, who works there, is super sweet and always recommends amazing dishes his warmth alone makes me want to keep going back. The owner, originally from Pakistan, is just as kind and welcoming. The food, the people, and the overall vibe are fantastic. I’m writing this review purely out of love for this place no promotions, just genuine appreciation. Please give it a try you’ll thank me later!

5 /5 Kamran Sherzad: Grill Heist has got to be ‘the best’ chicken spot I’ve ever visited. The food? A flawless 10/10. Presentation? Impeccable—another solid 10. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Even though I arrived close to closing time, the food was freshly prepared and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the taste? Simply ‘stupendous’. Can’t recommend this place enough.

2 /5 Choudhury R “Mafi”: Tried Grill Heist for the first time via Uber Eats. Food arrived on time and was good quality — tender chicken, tasty sauce, and great fries. However, a few issues affected the experience. The fries packet wasnt sealed properly, so some spilled into the bag, which was frustrating. Also, the buy one get one free offer felt misleading — the single platter cost £25.99 on Uber Eats but is £12.99 on the actual menu. This kind of pricing tactic is disappointing. Overall, decent food but let down by presentation and transparency.
