3 /5 Justin: LIMA Shoreditch is a cosy, intimate spot with genuinely warm service and a pleasant atmosphere — the kind of place that looks like it’s going to deliver something special.
Unfortunately, the food doesn’t quite rise to the same level. The dishes are alright but nothing particularly memorable, and I didn’t feel much authenticity in most of the flavours. The clear standouts were the brioche and the scallops. Beyond that, everything else was fairly standard and didn’t justify the hype.
Overall: great vibe, lovely service, but the food itself is just okay. Worth a visit for the ambience, but not a must-return for the cuisine.
