Carol was attentive and caring to everyone in the class ensuring we achieved the best result in practical and theoretical assessments. Every week I was looking forward to class and my knowledge for beauty and skincare grew after each session. Farheen Fazal Mehru did an excellent job cutting my hair. She listened carefully, gave helpful suggestions, and made sure I was happy throughout the process. The cut suits me perfectly, and the quality really shows. On top of that, she was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended! I think I will have to travel to London everytime for a haircut now :)

G Kaur I’m staying in London for a couple of weeks and it was my first visit to the salon. All staff were very friendly at the salon . I had booked for gel soak off and repainting toe nails with normal polish. I was very pleased to see that no drills were used to remove the gel, it was removed by soaking. Georgina did a lovely job on my toes and she was lovely to chat with. I had such a good experience that I have booked a facial at the salon too. If I had lived in the area, this would definitely be my go to salon.

Ella Massimo is wonderful! The quality of the service was outstanding, he spent time with me discussing how to best style my hair and providing advice on a few things I wanted (layers, bangs etc). He helped me understand my wavy hair and I now finally know how to style it to suit my face shape! Would absolutely recommend this salon. His high energy and conversation was a delight!
