1 /5 Happy: Missing item. The people working there was rude and refuse refund on the Missing item. Look at how much is Missing. No chips No wedges No cheese stick and cake Refund was refused. Customer service is non existence, it was vial how I was talked to. Wont return.

1 /5 LING-SAN Koo: Very average food, and the chicken was dry. Main issue was the incredibly slow service both ordering and we waited for over half an hour. Despite our combo saying 2 free dips are included the cashier kept denying it and insisted on charging us extra until I showed him the menu.

1 /5 V K: I usually love Pepe’s, and their flavours/sauces. Was told 30 mins for a half chicken and discouraged to order, so I ordered some strips with the other parts of the order that would be “quick.” It took 26 minutes for my order to get ready, which was extremely basic. There were 4 others waiting a similar time, also getting up to check where their order was. I was told to “hurry up” whilst making my order, the nuggets were missed on the order and not in the bag when we got home. Not sure why the Finchley Pepe’s is so bad - they’re usually pretty good!

1 /5 Asian BridalMUA: Ordered an Extra Hot prime pitta. They did not even make that for me instead served me just a plain tasteless chicken in the pitta. When I asked staff at the till what did he serve me and showed him the burger. It had no sauce on the chicken and was DRY! He asked the chef at the back was it extra hot he made? Chef guy didn’t even care and wasn’t bothered the slightest!! I was TOLD since I wanted it extra hot to just add the extra hot sauce in the tub and they were going to hand me that! I was shocked! But now reading the reviews I can see it’s common practise to serve what ever they wish and treat customers rudely. Prime Pitta was made for me again after I was not happy with just an offering of chilli sauce! Safe to say avoid this store.. been to many Pepe’s and this store just isn’t up to mark!!
