5 /5 Betsabe W: Absolutely delicious food and generous portions at good prices. First time visiting this restaurant and loved the food and so did the husband and kids. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Would recommend if you’re out in town.

4 /5 Anne Martin: Really nice lunch whilst on a shopping trip to Basingstoke. Staff were all very pleasant . We had a chicken pad thai and a beef rendang, generous portions. There was a bit of a wait as it was quite busy but I have waited longer in other places. Would go back

The food is, without question, delicious and perfectly prepared. ​What truly sets this restaurant apart is the truly exceptional service. A massive thank you to Chef Islam and Aakriti, who both exceeded our expectations. Their attentiveness, warmth, and commitment to ensuring every detail of our meal was perfect was remarkable. Its rare to receive such personalized and high-caliber service. ​The atmosphere is lovely, the cuisine is divine, and the staff is outstanding. We had such a wonderful evening. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! We will absolutely, 100% be back soon.

4 /5 The Hungry Gecko: Bao bun and tacos were good very similar sauces. Partner had the beef noodle that was advitised as a special or premier cant remember which. But he felt the noodles were very basic, the beef was fatty and disappointing and the sauce felt generic I think it may have been the same as the taco sauce.

1 /5 Jake Maskell: Went into chi today as a birthday treat whilst visiting Basingstoke. Staff were inattentive, we seated ourselves and went to get our own menus after around 8 minutes of waiting outside. We ordered the food (you pay before you eat which is unusual but not a problem) we paid for 2 beef ramen, a set of chicken gyoza and 2 drinks. The drinks came quite quickly but the food was a disaster. One meal brought out whilst waiting 10 minutes for the second meal. We were eating together so this was very disappointing to say the least. When I queried what had happened I was answered with voiceless staff as they just looked around in confusion. Finally the second ramen came out but bothbhsd hard boiled eggs rather than the soft boiled advertised. My partner asked for no chilli oil only to recieve chilli oil. When I asked about a refund as her dish was late and not prepared correctly they said they couldnt. Once I told them that Ive worked in hospitality for 12 years they then magically refunded the dish. Overall VERY disappointing.
