Vicky Waters Lovely park for everyone, there is a playground, gym set and further back has noughts and crosses and a table tennis table to use. Lovely COVID memorial garden and even further back is another field where a lot of dogs are walked.

Dorota Trapl The Eltham Palace its such a great place of contradictions. It is in busy London, yet the location is so peaceful and feels like you are at countryside; there are medieval ruins, and there is early XX century modern art deco; there are modern gardens.... And a moat and wooden bridges :) entering the Palace feels like you move in time to old James Bond movie and the rest of the house feels some comfortable, not pompous, eccentric but with pragmatism and cosines. Love the minimalistic approach that is well balanced with traditional accents (library). I think visiting the Palace today on a sunny autumn day gave the experience even more depth. Clean facilities, good parking availability, staff very friendly and helpful. So thankful for kids activities with stamps and quiz, and of course - play area, great with equipment bringing out lots from kids imagination. Thank you for a wonderful day :)

J N Old Alcoves from Old London Bridge (1666). One in Guy’s Hospital, one in Richmond. These ones need to be housed somewhere more suitable I believe.

Arno Fry The small forest is great for trail running. Has a lot of small trails in between the main pathways and since it also features some elevation you can also train some up- and downhill sections here. Otherwise it is visited my a lot of families and people walking their dogs. Recent storms have knocked down some trees and branches so you might have to get around or over some obstacles from time to time.

Sandra M Perfect spot for a walk with the dog. Avery Hill Park is really well kept and, best of all, not muddy at all thanks to the solid paths that go all the way around the park. Ideal for an easy, relaxed walk in any weather. Simple, clean, and just perfect.

Patrick E. Ambrose A park with an absolutely free car park...now thats luxury. Nice scenery for one to unwind and appreciate nature. Dog-walking friendly park, also equipped with outdoor gym. The only downside here is that the car park gate is locked once it is 16:00. Other than that, everything about this park is superb.
