Will Hsia Port Meadow is one of Oxford’s hidden gems. With vast riverside fields dotted with horses and cattle, it feels like stepping into the countryside just minutes from the city. It’s perfect for walks, cycling, and watching stunning sunsets. The paths can get muddy after rain, and it’s often busy on sunny weekends or swampy in winter, but it remains a must-visit for nature lovers. If you’re lucky, a horse might even come over for a gentle nudge, and sometimes you’ll see the herds of cows and horses subtly competing for territory.
