Bret Sinclair Music Some great views at the top of lift 105 I think its called. Its a short ride to the top then you get to spend some time looking at the views before going down. Its quite pricey though. I think it was like 22.50 per person.

Charis Schemm Beautiful statue with an amazing view of Kensington palace in the background. Surrounded by beautiful, lush gardens and a massive park. Crowded area on the weekend, during late spring season.

Anthony Chan Quite a nice area to walk around. Lovely outdoor garden with different types of flowers for photos. You can view the majestic Thames from this side of the river. More shops and facilities will be opened in the next few years with the completion of the second phase of the Battersea Powerstation development

Andy Weston Fantastic example of early 19C design and construction as a domed glass and metal framed conservatory on a bath stone base. The dome is 38 feet in diameter and the entire frontage is 230 feet. Mainly used as a wedding venue now, the domed centre section is kept empty, however the wings are still used to display plants. The design and techniques used to construct this building were a precursor to later structures such as Paxtons Crystal Palace.

susan mayhew One of the most interesting houses Ive ever seen. Waited ages to get a visit booked but worth it. The guided tour is excellent, the guides were brilliant. Youre allowed to look closely at everything. Such an eclectic collection of items. The decoration within the house is breathtaking. A truly talented man.

Don Grose Its unusual as a park because it more functions as a walk or cycle route between Brentford High Street and the Thames at Old Isleworth. Its also multi function with a garden centre, play centre, hotel and historic house to visit. The actual park land is restricted to a strip of grassland that runs parallel to the entrance road with that section available for general use and another section on the north side of the road visible but not accessible. Overall its varied and interesting place to visit, albeit you might be going more to visit one of those services than the park itself.

Clementine Bernhardt What a jewel box! So pleased I heard about this place (oddly, via Instagram). Frozen in time, beautiful moody Victorian decor. Well worth a visit. Accessibility note, as it mentioned on the website, not buggy friendly but you can store a limited number in the basement.

boyang Zhang Compared with Hampton Palace, the Kensington Palace is relatively small but still full of knowledgeable details. It exhibits valuable historical artifacts of Queen Mary and Queen Victoria. Besides, closing to the Kensington Palace allows people to enjoy time with greens and animals after the visit.

Nils Paellmann Beautiful historic lock which is part of the Grand Union Canal. Remarkably this lock is still being operated and provides a vivid reminder of the illustrious canal history of the UK.

Uzo Amaka An amazing day out, walking the trail and having fun in the playground. The trail is well signed and we enjoyed some crunchy conference pears during our walk. There’s a beautiful lake to sit and enjoy the tranquil waters and the amazing Cedar tree in the middle of the grounds. Parking is available and park is close to train and bus routes.
